How to Record Your Master Video & Studio Voice Sample

Overview

Level 4 is the premier tier: Enterprise Certified. This is the badge top brands look for when booking talent for commercials, film productions, and high-end campaigns.

1. The 4K Master Video

Your master video teaches our generative models your micro-expressions—how your eyes crinkle, how your lips move, and how you naturally carry yourself in motion.

  • Technical Specs: Shot in 1080p or 4K resolution at 60 frames per second. The clip should not exceed 5 seconds.
  • The Pose Sequence: Use a tripod or have a friend film you. In those 5 seconds, follow this exact sequence:
    1. Look forward with a neutral face.
    2. Look forward with a big smile showing your teeth.
    3. Look up.
    4. Look down.
    5. Look right.
    6. Look left.
  • Click Upload Master under the video player when you are ready.

2. The Studio Voice Sample

Adding a voice model makes you a “full-stack” digital talent, allowing clients to hire your twin for speaking roles without needing a voice actor.

  • Audio Quality: Choose a quiet room with zero background noise (no air conditioners humming or room echo).
  • Recording: You can select your microphone from the dropdown and hit Start Recording right in your browser, or click Upload Voice Sample if you recorded on a professional mic.
  • Insider Tip: While there is a script displayed on screen, you do not need to read the entire 4 minutes! Reading 3 to 4 paragraphs clearly and in your natural speaking voice provides more than enough audio data to calibrate your voice model.

Troubleshooting “Processing Incomplete”

If your voice card displays a pale yellow banner stating “Voice processing did not finish”, don’t panic. Your file was saved, but the calibration encountered a momentary glitch.

Step 1: Simply click the dark grey trashcan button to delete the audio file and re-upload or record it again.

Step 2: If the error persists, it usually means we have temporarily hit our daily backend API credit limit due to a massive wave of new talent onboarding all at once! We check and refill our credits daily, but if you get stuck here, please let us know. You can tell the chatbot directly on the app page (click the yellow chat bubble icon in the bottom right corner), or open a support ticket so our team can assist you.
